The HWSC grounds house 40 partially wooded acres with clubhouse containing a kitchen and sound system, a show arena, warm-up arena, show trail arena, numerous wooded trails, adequate horse trailer parking, an Extreme Mountain Trail (EMT) Course and portable restrooms.
ALL private event rentals will include use of the clubhouse, arenas, and trails; however, use of the EMT Course during private events must be requested and approved by the HWSC Board.
If private event rental includes use of the Extreme Mountain Trail Course, HWSC Staff SHALL be present to ensure the safety of horses and riders and rental fees are dependent on the number of horses participating in the event.
Grounds rental fees are as follows:
- Grounds rental, NOT INCLUDING use of the EMT Course, but use of all arenas, the clubhouse, and wooded trails – $300 total
- Grounds rental INCLUDING use of the EMT Course – $30/horse, with a $300 minimum
Note that discounts are provided for 4-H group rentals that include use of the EMT Course, with pricing reduced to $25/horse, with a $250 minimum.
